Roy and his team at Integrated Surroundings did a phenomenal job on our home. It was a major renovation of an existing home and Roy told me this was the largest remodel job they had tackled.

We installed the whole house Control 4 system with a drop-down screen/projector theater room. When they were done, the system operated as if it was in the house from day one and we have been very happy with the follow-up attention we received when there was some minor “tweaking” that needed to be done.

Integrated Surroundings has done installations for me at my primary home and my vacation home. I was very happy with both.

At my primary home, which was new construction, they installed all of our TVs, Uverse and Mediacom service, internet, WiFi, sound system for inside and outside and set up “Control 4” so we could use all. It is nice to be able to pick up your remote and everything works!

On our vacation home they installed “Control 4” not only for TV and sound systems but added the ability to monitor our A/C thermostats and water heaters over the internet. That has been a great feature.

Just before arriving we remotely turn on the water heaters and adjust thermostats. Even more handy is being able to make sure everything is set correctly for your guests to allow their stay to be comfortable and to revert to house empty settings on their exit.

I heartily recommend Roy and his team at Integrated Surroundings. They know their stuff and are really easy to work with.

My wife and I recently finished a unique project in downtown Pensacola to finish a warehouse shell into a residential living space. I contacted several companies for our audio/visual work. I met with the representatives from each company several times.

In 2008, we decided to upgrade our televisions at the restaurant, and get rid of the tube televisions and the six remotes that controlled all the different brands. We received quotes from many companies for a system that we wanted to control all of our new 42 televisions and 16 satellites, using just one remote.

Right off the bat, we were impressed with Roy and Integrated Surroundings. He seemed to know what he was talking about, and his pricing for the televisions and the system was very competitive. Even though they were a new company, we felt confident they were the right ones for the job.

We were not disappointed. The finished product was above and beyond what we expected. And any small issues that arose after the installation were promptly taken care of by Roy and his staff. To this day, I know if there is an issue, Integrated Surrounding is just one phone call away from helping me.

When it comes time to upgrade our entertainment system again, we will use Integrated Surroundings.
